Refund policy

Regarding returns, defective products, and cancellations: Upon receiving your order, please immediately check the condition of the product and make sure it is correct with your order.

*We do not accept cancellations of orders for customer reasons after the order has been placed (e.g., the size doesn't fit, you ordered the wrong item, the product is different from what you expected, etc.).
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or sent in error upon arrival.
In such cases, please notify us in advance via inquiry at yuiogura_officialgoods_store and return the product. We will only exchange or refund the product if it is received within one month of delivery.
Please note that if the product is out of stock and cannot be exchanged, we will accept a return.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason after one month has passed since delivery, even if the product is unopened.
